MID-AUTUMN FESTIVAL (中秋節)

The Mid-Autumn Festival, also known as the Full Moon Festival, is held on the 15th day of the Lunar calendar’s eighth month; this year the festival falls on September 21, 2021. It brings families together to celebrate the harvest under a full moon, and it is the vital month to get married as full moon brings “completion energy” to the marriage.

It will be a good time for a single person to attract romance luck; display the Wedding Couple, Double Happiness image, and Mandarin Ducks in the southwest of your bedroom.

To celebrate the Mid-Autumn Festival, Chinese will eat mooncake, a sweet pastry traditionally made from lotus seed puree/paste. Nowadays, you can find modern versions of the mooncake in the form of chocolate and ice cream.
