The first number is the monthly flying star, and the second number is the annual flying star. Use the chart to apply the following recommendations:

West 9/4 – Combining the Number 9 and Number 4 Star will bring the household strong relationships, romance, and educational luck.  If you are preparing for an exam, you should study and take the online class in the West of the house.
